Mats 'Rickenbacker' Nylund
I'm just your average swedish male, 26 years old, and working for Microsoft customer support when I'm not busy designing webpages (which is a lot more fun, but harder to do full-time without any formal education) or trying to write The Novel, you know, the great one that'll change the world (or at least enable me to quit my day job, not that I don't like it). I live in a decent sized town in central Sweden called Örebro, but plan on moving to California during the winter. I could never stand the snow and cold anyway :-).
I greatly enjoy meeting people from all over the world on the net, and my main hangout is Active Worlds, which is a 3D "virtual world", where you can actually build your own house, have a lifelike avatar represent you, and generally have a good time. It's very easy to spend way too much time in there. If you see me (Rickenbacker) give me a yell and I'll help you out, or just chat away a few minutes (or hours). AW is also where I met Isobel, and I've made lots of other friends there as well, some of which I've actually met in real life. I also use it to keep in touch with my girlfriend in California, whom I'm hoping to reunite with when I move over there (there'll be a story about this on the stories page when I get it good enough to publish). So don't bother sending me any love letters (or, well, do anyway. I'll take it as a compliment :-), but do send me any comments you might have on the page design, graphics, or anything else you might have on your mind.
